Chris Lindley, Chief Population Officer and epidemiologist at Vail Health, speaks with Caitlyn Ngam, infection preventionist at Vail Health, to discuss new research that indicates that multiple COVID-19 infections can have a negative impact on your immune system, and being able to fight disease (not just COVID.) Chris and Caitlyn recommend staying up on your vaccinations, masking (especially if you are immunocompromised), and maintaining healthy habits, such as rigorous exercise, to stay healthy.
